We had a flexi hose burst late on a Saturday and never thought we would find a plumber to come out. Michael was fantastic, friendly , reliable and 100% happy with the job he did. We will without a doubt have him back to sort a few other issues. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.

Michael was recommended to me by a mate. He turned up promptly to help us with a clogged storm drain and also for cutting the concrete floor to install a sump pit and pump in our basement. Everything went smoothly with Michael being very friendly and professional. The work was done in a very timely fashion and the outcome was A grade.

ZIGZ came to our rescue! Helped us brainstorm around a tricky sewer job, it was a crushed pipe under a retaining wall. We needed a solution to avoid collapsed walls which would have become expensive.🫰Michael's ideas saved us $$ not having to replace that as well. Michael rerouted the line at a reasonable price and worked hard to get it done quickly to avoid our house flooding as we were blocked up. 🚽 🪠 We had other quotes and advice that weren't as planned or prompt as ZIGZ. He was extremely detailed in communication, taking his time to explain our options. We truly appreciate his service and will have him on speed dial for all our future needs 📱 This wasn't the first time he rushed to aid us in an emergency when our pool leaked 🦺 he is very responsive & reliable, highly recommend!

Called Michael in an emergency, somebody had backed over our meter tap. Michael was able to attend in 2 hours, was a pleasure to deal with, explained the works that needed to be undertaken. Michael was also able to resolve a water pressure issue that previous plumbers did not identify. We now have water again, and the best water pressure since we have lived here! Michael was friendly, experienced, professional and helpful with extra advice. No shock pricing, pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call out. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him again when we need a plumber.
